Returns Policy :-
At Cushions Unlimited, our policy is to
provide you with an easy-to-use service. If you find that your order
is damaged or incorrect, we will gladly fix the problem providing goods are
returned within 14 days of receipt. Cost of return freight shall be
the responsibility of the
customer.
This policy covers all of the items sold on this website.
Each product is made to order. We
cannot take returns for canvas chair covers that do not fit
unless it is a mistake at our end. Please be certain that the canvas covers that you are ordering will fit your furniture.
If there is a problem
with the order, please let us know and we will respond to your
request as soon as possible.
Warranty Information:-
Cushions Unlimited warrants
quality and craftsmanship of our products for a period of one year
from the original invoice date. This warranty is limited to normal
use and proper care by the purchaser.
IT DOES NOT INCLUDE
COMMERCIAL USES or normal fading of fabrics.
Cushions Unlimited is not liable if the customer fails to use proper
cleaning techniques in caring for and maintaining fabrics.
Warranty is void if failure of product is caused by acts of nature,
accident, neglect, abuse and/or failure to take reasonable care of the
product.
